Changing Google Authenticator, email address, or mobile number

Gentle Reminder: Withdrawal is NOT allowed within the next 24 hours if you have made any changes in your "Security Center"  1. Change Google Authenticator (Note: GA is required)If your GA is working normally, you can disable your GA and connect a new GA for the same device with the following steps. But if you have lost your GA, please refer to our guideline on "Lost Google Authenticator, email address, or mobile number."
1. Login to your account via MESE.io APP (note: disable GA is only available on APP version)2. Click the avatar on the top right-hand corner of the APP.3. Select "Security Center" > "Google Authenticator" > Slide to your left to turn off the GA

4. To connect a new GA, simply follow the same steps in our guideline on "Binding a Google Authenticator."
 2. Change Mobile Number (Note: SMS and GA code will be required to confirm the change)You can choose to modify your mobile number via PC or APP as follows:
PC Version: Login account > Click avatar on top right-hand corner > Select "Account List" > Got o "Phone number" and Click "Change" to modify your mobile number.

APP Version: Login account > Click avatar on top right-hand corner > Select "Security Center" > Go to "Mobile Phone" and Click "Edit" to modify your mobile number. 
3. Change Email (Note: Email and GA code will be required to confirm the change)You can choose to modify your email address via PC or APP as follows:
PC Version: Login account > Click avatar on top right-hand corner > Select "Account List" > Go to "Email" and Click "Change" to modify your email address.
