Problems receiving SMS/email verification code

Gentle Reminder:It is highly recommended to use Google Authenticator (GA) as your primary 2FA authentication as it does not require internet connectivity or sms coverage once configured. 1. Cannot receive SMS codeMESE.io will try to ensure that we have extensive SMS coverage around the world but here are some of the possible reasons that you are not receiving the SMS codes in a timely manner.
● Check that you did not enter country code, + sign or 0 during login because these are not required once account registration is successful. Simply input your mobile number for login ID.● Ensure you have a strong network signal as some countries/areas may not support the SMS coverage or have weaker SMS coverage.● Ensure you have clicked the "Send Code" button to trigger the SMS code to be sent to your mobile.● Check your SMS mailbox or mobile phone storage has sufficient space to receive new SMS messages.● Turn off any mobile security software/call blocker app/SMS filtering services that could potentially block the SMS codes from us.● Check that your SMS messaging function has not be disabled in your mobile phone settings.● The frequency of your "Send Code" request has been too frequent so for security reasons, the system will stop sending the codes for a while so it is recommended that you try again later.● The SMS gateway may be congested so it is recommended that you contact your mobile phone operator to verify or try again later.● Change to any other languages and try again.● Clear cache/history, restart your mobile phone and try again.

2. Cannot receive EMAIL codeIt is recommended that users should select the common email domain if possible.
But occasionally emails do get delayed by as much as 5-10 minutes so please refresh your mailbox to check for incoming emails. But if you still do not receive any Email code after 5-10 minutes, here are some of the possible reasons that you are not receiving the Email code.
● Check that you have logged in with the correct email address that you have used for account registration on MESE.io platform.● Ensure you have clicked the "Send Code" button to trigger the Email code to be sent to your mailbox.● Check the spam or junk folder because especially for first-time login, the Email code may likely go to the spam or junk folder. ● Check that your filter settings are not blocking the Email code.● Whitelist MESE.io's email address by adding them to your address or contact or safe sender list, or simply mark messages as Not Spam.● Ensure your email service provider is working normally and they are not blocking MESE.io's email or any emails from other domains.● Clear cache/cookies/history, restart your computer and try again.
